New Year, New Start

January 2021 has not started great, has it? I will admit I have been struggling. With England in lockdown 3.0, teenagers to nurture and an income to earn things are tough going. Most days I feel like I have been through the full range of human emotions before we even get to lunch. Even the easiest of decisions seem weighted and difficult to make. To add to the struggle, grassroots football has been halted AGAIN and I am desperately missing the fresh air, muddy grass and the smiling faces of my players.

Now is the time I need to focus on teeny tiny positives and to remember that happiness and inspiration can still be found - I just have to look a bit harder to find it.
